Hilton Manila’s award-winning Kusina Sea Kitchens restaurant recently reopened its doors with a fresh and exciting new take on Filipino, Western and Asian favourites served with a market place aesthetic or dampa-style format to ensure all guests a worry-free dining experience.

“We are delighted to welcome our patrons back to Kusina, where we continuously aim to provide a worry-free dining experience with extensive choices that the whole family can truly indulge in,” shared Simon McGrath, hotel general manager. “Our culinary team has carefully curated a special selection that guests may enjoy ‘turo-turo’ style, where you simply point to a dish from our buffet and it will be served to you, or you help yourself to single serves.”

Known for its wide selection of both traditional Filipino and international dishes, Kusina delights guests with a heightened dampa grill station offering a variety of fresh seafood and other meat choices cooked a la minute to the guest’s request. Specially cooked on a grill of lava rocks, guests may partake in rich and smoky favourites such as tiger prawns, shellfish, sausages and even steaks.

From there, guests can hop on over to the Japanese station, which serves succulent and sustainably sourced sashimi and sushi, or the fan-favourite carvery with US beef on premium nights. At the noodles station, diners may indulge in pork and Chinese items on offer, mouth-watering laksa, and beef pho, while the sustainable garden features fresh and crisp salad choices and fruit slices. For a sweet finale, playfully vibrant and decadent sweets await guests at the dessert station along with other well-curated culinary ensembles masterfully prepared by executive chef Benoit Chargy and his team.

The restaurant also features a signature live station during the weekend premium nights with themed cuisine varying from one visit to the next - a taste of Italy on one night, to the kitchens of China, and the rich spices of the Mediterranean among many others.

Lastly, guests can head to the famed ‘Samalamig’ station where guests enjoy homemade Filipino refreshments such as sago’t gulaman, buko pandan and even authentic local desserts like sorbetes and the colourful halo-halo.

Kusina is open nightly from 5:30pm to 9:30pm serving a premium dinner buffet at PHP2,350 net per person on Saturdays and Sundays, and PHP2,050 net Mondays to Fridays.
