Guests are invited to celebrate Christmas and the New Year with an oriental flair and feast on Chinese culinary creations specially crafted for the holidays.

On 24 and 25 December 2016, the Christmas Lunch and Dinner Set Menu for a minimum of two is available at PHP2,016 per person.  The set menu showcases select main dishes, such as Wok-Fried Angus Beef with Scallops and Black Truffle Sauce, and Steamed Codfish Fillet with Minced Garlic and Vermicelli.

On 31 December 2016 and 1 January 2017, the Lunch and Dinner Set Menu for a minimum of two persons is available at PHP2,017 per person.  The New Year set menu highlights Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber in Oyster Sauce, Wok-Fried French Duck Breast with Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffle Sauce, and Baked in Bouillon Prawn with Shrimp Mousse and E-Fu Noodles in Cheese Sauce.                                                     

To welcome the New Year, guests can enjoy a special Yum Cha Lunch at PHP2,017 per person.  The Yum Cha Lunch includes dim sum, barbecued meats, wok-fried dishes, soups, congee and Cantonese main courses.
