For something more filling, you can’t go wrong with the Pan-fried glutinous rice with minced meat. Another option is the classic and traditional Hong Kong dimsum called Hamsuikok. It comes in a crispy golden shell that envelopes a chewy, slightly sweet, mochi-like dough and tasty meat filling.

For a savoury treat, Steamed Charsiu bao is the way to go. A vegetarian alternative to the Charsiu bao is the Steamed mushroom buns, house-made buns made to look like mushrooms and filled with shimeji in truffle sauce.
