The best way to ring in the New Year has always been with a meal. This Chinese New Year, as the world rings in a more prosperous time for all, Fairmont Makati is offering hungry diners and peckish revellers a delicious lunch or brunch with holiday staples.

From 8 February to 12 February 2021, diners can usher in the Year of the Ox with "Buffet a la Minute" at Spectrum from between 11:30am - 2:30pm. Chinese favourites such as Szechuan chicken, steamed fish, Chow Mein with bokchoy, and pork and vegetable spring rolls will be displayed temptingly for diners to indulge in. Of course, dessert will follow with classics such as buchi and mango sago. Chinese iced tea will be included to help wash it all down with.
