Among the new dishes featured in Lung Hin are the Steamed Seafood Dumplings with Caviar, which are delicate-yet-flavourful bites that set the tone for the meal ahead. Chef Ken also recommends the Crispy Roasted Baby Duck in Black Pepper Sauce, which is seasoned to perfection.
