Bar M comes back bigger and better to satisfy your thirst for gin and whisky
Patrons were saddened when Bar M closed its doors early last year, but the beloved bar made its most-awaited comeback in December 2016—this time with a major upgrade. While the old Bar M used to have only three varieties of gin, it now has a more extensive collection with over 120 types on its shelves—and the menu is constantly growing. “I can say that we are the bar with the biggest number of gin offerings,” shared Tippi Tambunting, the bar’s operations manager. Its gins’ availability varies every month so it’s best to visit and have the bartender make a recommendation based on your taste. Aside from gin, Bar M also has a wide selection of Japanese and Scotch single malt whisky and cocktails that guests can enjoy with the bar’s food. Some of the appetisers you may want to try are fritto misto, chorizo puff, and parmesan chips with goat cheese mousse. Bar M’s pizzas—with fontina, mushrooms, and Italian sausage, or crispy jamon and roasted tomato toppings—are also absolute best-sellers.
