An invitation into the iconic home of the Martell family, this new cognac offers a perfect balance of aromas and sensations.

Select guests from the media and society, dipsomaniacs and gourmands alike, were indulged last May for a sensory experience with the Martell Chanteloup Perspective. In a refreshing supper by the Manila Bay, Martell brand ambassador Jean-Baptiste Gourvil took guests to a feast for the senses with Martell's distinctive cognacs like the balanced and spicy on the palate VSOP, the lighter and floral VS Single Distillery, and the Chanteloupe Perspective, which is finally being made available in the Philippines.

Dark amber in colour, the Chanteloup Perspective opens with fresh stone-fruit aromas such peach, apricot, and floral notes. It also makes a strong aroma through its complexity as it moves through candied fruit notes when swirled, like orange and lemon, dried fruits such as raisins, almonds, and nuts.

Tatler Asia

Martell Chanteloup Perspective is made of 450 rare eaux de vie from four of the most prestigious cognac crus: Grande and Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, and above all, Borderies. The personality of each is developed creating an aromatic and sensory balance in this unique blend.

At first, it is soft and light at the palate. It progressively enriched by candied and dried fruit notes with subtle hints of blackcurrant. The balanced tenor of these aromas puts together the structure, elegance and power that leaves a lingering spice finish in the mouth.

Martell Chanteloup is an Ultra prestige cognac and has limited stocks in the Philippines. Retail price is at around Php 22,000 per bottle. People prefer to drink it neat or on the rocks while for cocktails, the usual preference is the Martell VSSD.

Martell is distributed by Pernod Ricard.
