Find out how Seda BGC's signature restaurant's modern take on a smorgasbord of classic international recipes has found the sweet spot in the Filipino palate.

Artistry overflows at Misto, the signature restaurant of Seda BGC, and this is credited not only to the ingenious contemporary interiors of the urban lifestyle hotel that complement the restaurant but also to the executive chef Romualdo “Pepe” Castillo, who took risk in innovating the presentation of classic favourites.

“We provide options for global travellers to enhance their dining experience. But we also recognize that they value authenticity and will always yearn for the familiarity of traditional flavours,” said Seda’s Group General Manager Andrea Mastellone.

The artful blend of authentic international flavours at Seda BGC initiated by the chef Castillo has impressed diners who found the culinary experience unique and appropriate with the hotel’s contemporary interiors and artistic elements. Derived from the Italian word for “mixed,” Misto has been providing comfort food that evokes diners’ happy memories and gives them feelings of satisfaction. Misto stays true to the original recipe but leaves an imprint by modifying its appearance to enhance its aesthetic appeal.

“The key is precise timing, plus the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients,” said the chef Castillo. Some of the restaurant’s best-sellers include Osso Bucco Lamb Shanks, Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon with Risotto, Tomato Soup, Crispy Tadyang (beef ribs), and Panna Cotta Trio.

Misto at Seda BGC serves buffet breakfast daily and an executive lunch on weekdays. Designed with indoor and “alfresco” seating, it is open 6 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Sunday at the hotel’s lobby.
