Mix It Up at Rambla

Giancarlo Mancino, famed mixologist, was in town last Thursday 24th and he made a few drinks specially mixed/prepared by him at Rambla

In what proved to be an exciting night, Giancarlo Mancino whipped up a special pairing menu with Rambla's Executive Chef, Edgar Sanuy. Among these were four signature drinks namely: A Very Brooklyn Mancino, Long Mary Pickford, #Mancino, and the Cardinale Spritzer – all of which include his own Mancino Vermouth liquors. In the photo with Mancino are Chef Edgar and Chef Pere -- Corporate Chef of La Lola Group and Executive Chef at Rambla, respectively.

Mancino is a world renowned vermouth producer and bartender, hailing from Pignola, Italy. He travels the world promoting his Hong Kong based bar and beverage consultancy firm, GiancarloBAR. He is also the creator of the Mancino line of artisanal Vermouths and the Aperitvo Rinomato.
