Mornings Got Even Better at Restaurant Verbena
Drawing inspiration from the award the property received, Executive Chef Gerwin Bailon wanted to take Restaurant Verbena’s Country Breakfast menu up another notch with his new dishes.
Some of the new additions to the menu include the Congee with Pork Crackling, a hearty take on the Filipino staple dish, the Miso Glazed Fish Fillet, a playful mix of the sweet and umami flavors of miso and milkfish, and the Verbena Signature Toast, which is a perfect treat for the sweet tooth.
Vegetarians are also in for a treat with the Veggie Breakfast Taco, made from soft wheat tortilla filled with mixed grilled vegetables and lathered with garlic aioli, which altogether create a flavor-packed dish that even non-vegetarians can enjoy.
Other items in Restaurant Verbena’s breakfast menu are the Country Benedict, California Omelette, Madame Croquet, Beef Tapa, Cottage Breakfast, Chicken Adobo, and Regions Breakfast.
Restaurant Verbena’s Country Breakfast is available daily from 7 to 10:30 AM for only PHP 655 nett, inclusive of a Continental Buffet Spread of pastries, cereals, fruits, and juices.
