Nhà Em opens its doors to diners looking for authentic Vietnamese dishes

SM Aura Premier expands its dining repertoire with the opening of Vietnamese restaurant Nhà Em in the Sky Park. Nhà Em, which means “My Home”, offers guests authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a home setting.

Nhà Em is the latest restaurant concept from the Saigon Food Corp, which is part of the group that brought in Banh Nam, a grab & go banh mi and coffee concept from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The restaurant offers a wide selection of Vietnamese dishes that are best enjoyed with family and friends:

A bite of the crunchy fried spring roll reveals a burst of flavours coming from the minced pork, mushrooms, and rice noodles. For best taste, wrap in lettuce and dip in fish sauce.

For a soothing serving of soup, the phở bò (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) is a good choice. The soup is boiled for over 10 hours, bringing out an abundance of flavor. A generous portion of tender beef and fresh vegetables top the soup, and a siding of greens and spices are served for everyone to enjoy their phở exactly to their liking.

For something truly unique, the bánh xèo (crispy crepe) is a crispy golden crepe filled with meat, shrimp, and mixed vegetables. Savour the fusion of flavors as they are all wrapped in fresh leaves and herbs.

For mains, don’t miss the Shaking Beef, river prawns in roe sauce, and stir-fried lemongrass squid for a completely hearty meal.

Cap off the meal with iced Vietnamese coffee for that much needed kick that should keep food coma at bay.
