Nikkei launches its new brunch menu—new favourites to enjoy earlier in the day

Just like the new flavours inspired when two culinary cultures meet, your cravings should know no boundaries. Why limit Nikkei’s Peruvian-Japanese tastes to lunch and dinner when these can be enjoyed earlier in the day?
Following the opening of two new Nikkei branches—One Rockwell and Podium—the restaurant makes its distinctive dishes even more accessible through the launch of its brunch menu.
Pushing its opening hours to 11:30AM, all Nikkei branches serve up delightful discoveries through its brunch dishes, be it the restaurant’s signature Nikkei Benedict with grilled shrimp and poached eggs on a bed of crispy sweet potato, or an Arroz Con Chaufa with tobiko-filled tamago.
Another brunch bestseller is the Katsu Set with miso soup and a black sesame-topped fried egg on rice as fitting accompaniments to the Japanese classic. With menu staples converging with new ideas from the Nikkei kitchen, a new dawn in deliciousness welcomes diners before noon and onwards.
