Chef Hiromi is a seaoned artisan boasting years of experience with prestigious luxury hotels around the world and serving celebrities, heads of state and Japanese royalty. Born in Osaka, Japan, Chef Hiromi’s food tradition is steeped in Osaka in a culinary tradition that he prepares and shares with his team of master artisans at Spiral.
