Feast in the patriotic hues of orange, green and white as resident Indian Chef Jyoti Singh prepares savory regional specialties that will highlight India’s cultural diversity in the week-long food festival.

Guests are enticed to relish Chef Jyoti’s rich and ambrosial creations, such as Chicken Tikka, Mutton Dum Biryani, Dal Makhana, Lamb Kebab and Pani Puri.

The scrumptious buffet spread is offered at Feria for dinner from PHP 980 net to PHP 1,650 net per person and includes free-flowing iced tea, chilled juices and soda.
