Radisson Blu Cebu invites guests to savor Heirloom Recipes, a tasteful experience in the Cebuano art of cookery at Feria, the deluxe hotel’s signature all-day dining restaurant

Diners are invited to discover a banquet of appetizing recipes inspired by the creations of Doña Maria F. De Rallos in her cookbook Lagda sa Pagpanluto, published in 1924.

“Nyora Inday”, as she was fondly called, was the wife of Cebu’s first elected municipal president Don Florentino Rallos, and was a prominent female leader at the turn of the century.

Nyora Inday’s treasured recipes for exquisite dishes such as Valenciana, Mandonggada, and Beefsteak Estofado a la Inglesa, await food lovers of all ages, as they are reimagined for today’s taste buds by the hotel’s passionate young talents, Junior Executive Sous Chef Coke Semblante and Chef de Cuisine Deoffrey Vistal.

Heirloom Recipes is available at Feria’s Filipino station and is made possible with the guidance of celebrated author of Cebuano history and heritage, Louella Alix.
