The Bistronomia Group celebrates a new milestone as it introduces a unique catering service that serves up a deliciously innovative twist on Spanish food

Those who want to add big, bold Spanish flavours to their celebrations will be delighted to hear that the Bistronomia Group can now bring their favourite dishes to where the party is via their latest concept Rambla Catering.

Bistronomia founders Sergi Rostoll, Dani Aliaga, and Uri Singla formally presented their new endeavour even as they officially opened the doors to the second branch for Rambla Cocina Moderna in Makati's Salcedo Village last 27 February 2019.

According to Aliaga who spoke for the team at the launch, Rambla Catering was the result of numerous and persistent requests from their friends and peers in the food and beverage sector to offer their signature dishes to those hosting everything from small intimate gatherings at home to big events such as weddings and other milestones.

Described as a "fun and casual catering concept," Rambla Catering lends a helping hands to its clients by offering a flexible menu that they can customise with their preferences, and various options with regard to its set-up ranging from simple but elegant tapas y vino to more elaborate settings that include live cooking stations for grilled items, paella, shaved ham, cocktails, and desserts.

Clients also have the option to order from a list of set menus, though they may request the service's Executive Head Chef to develop a menu specifically for them.

Guests who attended the launch were able to sample selected items from Rambla Catering's extensive tapas y pintxos menu, including small cups of silky foie gras mousse topped with a summery mango jam; crispy mini-baguettes topped with anchovies and smoky escalivadagamba rolls filled with a piquant prawn salad; and savoury waffle cones filled with a peppery tuna tartare.

Playing up gastronomic traditions with a fun modern presentation, Rambla Catering is bound to add flavourful excitement even to the simplest of celebrations.
