Enjoy healthy and fresh appetizers and salads done the Samba way. Make sure to try the Samba staple, Ceviche Limeno, a cocktail of shrimp, octopus, scallops, calamari, lapu lapu, red onion, coriander, tobiko, leche de tigre, and cancha corn, the refreshing Ensalada Samba, a mélange of fresh greens, palm heart, artichoke, avocado purée, crispy pecan nuts, Manchego cheese, honey lemon vinaigrette. Fancy a little crunch? Chicharrón De Cangrejo is a deep fried, crispy, soft shell crab, paired with Peruvian limo chili, cilantro, pineapple, passion fruit sweet dip called zarza criolla.
