Chefs at Three on Canton present a delectable dinner buffet showcasing a lavish selection of jet-fresh seasonal crabs and signature crab dishes from around the globe.

Each night, six types of chilled crab – Alaskan king crab, Snow crab, Japnese kekani (hairy) crab,Brown crab, Soft shell crab and Stone crab – will be served at Three on Canton. Crab is an excellent source of protein and vitamins. In addition to steamed fresh crabs au naturel, the chefs at Three on Canton will be serving up creative crab dishes filled with nutritious and delicious ingredients, making the buffet ideal for health-conscious diners. 

Enticing main dishes include Crab and ricotta cannelloni, the fresh crabmeat pairing lusciously with the creamy rice and ricotta cheese, topped with a vibrant tomato sauce. Other Asian and global favourites include Singapore chili crab, Crab paella with prawn and mussel, Crabmeat nachos, Baked crabmeat cheese pie, Spicy tomato garlic crab leg, Seafood bouillabaisse and more. 

In addition to the Crab-alicious highlights, diners can also savour Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, such as chilled lobster, Japanese sashimi, ‘live cooking’ noodles, authentic Indian curries,regional Chinese dishes, plus exquisite desserts and rich Mövenpick ice-cream.
