One of the most distinctive, flavourful tapas you will ever try, Angulas is a traditional seafood delicacy within Spanish gastronomy. It is made of tender baby eels and are harvested and carefully prepared in olive oil with a touch of red pepper. With its light taste and smooth texture,  Angulas can be best enjoyed either with a slice of bread and/or paired with an entrée.
