Saffron Café, the all-day dining restaurant at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan believes in mindful eating, a good balance of having the right amount, variety and quality of food without the waste. This year, the culinary team introduces the Sunday Brunch Club, a tapas-style service where the chefs prepare food a la minute in small plates.

This dining style provides guests freshly made and cooked dishes on top of having the opportunity to incorporate their preferences in terms of ingredients and advise the chefs of their dietary restrictions. The portions are served in small plates allowing guests to try as much as they can of the available options or order a second, even third serving of their favourites.

The Sunday Brunch Club menu has three main sections—starters, mains, and dessert. Signature starters includes Eggs Benedict, Gambas, Rock lobster and avocado bruschetta. Mains to look forward to are the slow roasted Angus ribeye, truffle risotto and pan roasted salmon. For sweet ending, don’t miss out on dark chocolate and passionfruit mousse, cheeseboard and apple & cinnamon tarte tatin.
