Mireio makes brunch better with a sumptuous buffet featuring Provençal and French favourites

Gather with family on Sundays for a premier Luxe Sunday Brunch Buffet at Mireio in Raffles Makati. This gastronomic feast is painstakingly prepared by Executive Chef Anne-Cecile Degenne and Provençal-native Mireio Chef De Cuisine Herve Clair.

The gustatory mid-day meal offers an abundant selection of savouries such as: a live-carving station featuring tender Wagyu beef and deliciously roasted porchetta and lamb; bountiful selection of fresh seafood such as lobster, tiger prawns, crabs and an assortment of clams and mussels; along with smoked salmon and Bayonne ham tartine to name a few.
