Cosy up to exceptionally made Italian bites at Cicchetti, now with vegetarian and gluten-free options

For some time now, frequenters of Bonifacio Global City have had their fair share of indulgent pastas and Venetian bites from Cicchetti. Diners go back for their sumptious dishes, with a couple easily becoming a crowd-favourite. Two of which are their Pesto Burrata—spaghetti pasta tossed in basil and cashew pesto sauce and topped with their homemade burrata cheese, and their Crab Rici—linguine pasta with shredded picked crab and sea urchin.

This time around, health fiend foodies will be delighted to know that all the magnificent pasta creations that this casual luxe restaurant offers can now be enjoyed with a gluten-free pasta option! Delight in any of their sauces minus the guilt. Gluten-free noodles are available to order and can be matched to any of their existing pasta dishes.

The Cicchetti menu has also seen a variety of additions as vegan dishes are now being offered to guests. Feast in their Caponata—a traditional Sicilian dish made from fried aubergine, roasted bell peppers, toasted chilli, and pomodoro, and their Patate Cipolle e Pomodori, a very filling, classic Italian potato dish, cooked with onion, cherry, and mozzarella.

Other new items at Cicchetti are: Parmesan Risotto, Buccatini Al Amatriciana, Burrata and Arugula Salad, and Macherroni Salad.
