To celebrate the holiday season, Nobu Manila restaurant infuses truffles in its Japanese-Peruvian menu in a limited offering until the end of December.

Considered by many as the most expensive delicacy, the coveted truffle highlights Nobu Manila’s a la carte dinner menu. Cold appetizers include: Norwegian Salmon with Asian pear and yuzu truffle oil, Big Eye Tuna with tamari truffle, and Kumamoto oyster New Style with Nobu uni sauce and truffle oil. The not-to-be-missed hot dishes are: pan-seared sea bass with sautéed green papaya and Aji Amarillo corn sauce; Beef Tenderloin Tobanyaki with grilled beef, caramelized onions, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, and butter Yuzu soy sauce; Maine lobster with truffle butter crust; and Wagyu Beef Yakimono with miso mushrooms, aged Balsamic reduction; and crispy garlic; among others.

 

Nobu Manila is open for dinner from 6 to 10 pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 6 to 11 pm on Fridays to Sundays. A breakfast buffet spread is offered daily from 6 to 10 am, while a weekly Sunday brunch buffet can be availed from 11:30 am to 3 pm. The Nobu bar with its signature cocktails and light menu is open daily from 5 to 10 pm.
