In 2013, Chele González and Carlo Calma embarked on a journey to create a restaurant, distinct from what had previously existed in the Philippines: a hub for immersive experiences. With 10 successful years under its belt, Gallery by Chele can proudly look back at its many smile-inducing memories. As a canvas for proud epicurean explorers who love to combine the past with the present and re-invent the wheel, their menus reflect the team’s shared passion for nature and sustainability.
