Unlike any other buffet in the metro, Nobu Sunday Brunch features flavours the world-renowned cuisine is offering all in one sitting.
The brunch buffet highlights a live cooking station with a selection of skewered seafood, red meat, poultry and vegetable items cooked a la minute on a teppanyaki grill.
Diners will be greeted with a live carving station with sliced to order fresh seafood, red meat or poultry items served with Nobu accompaniments; a variety of Classic Nobu and locally-inspired dishes, rice and soup selections; special pass around tasting size plates; freshly-prepared sushi and sashimi featuring an assortment of Japanese Nigiri, Maki and Sashimi served with traditional accompaniments; and Chef’s Dessert Table with a green tea chocolate fountain, freshly-prepared pastries, confectionery delights, fresh fruits and ice creams served with a variety of toppings.
