We are proud to bring you a specially curated and authoritative perspective on the country’s best dining experiences and foodie finds as we chronicle the country’s ever evolving dining scene. A big component of T. Dining, of course, is our Best Restaurants Guide (BRG), now on its 14th year, with its annual awards. With T. Dining comes a revamped website with broader content on all things food related plus exciting T. Dining concept event series to look forward to. We launched both T. Dining and this year's BRG at the beautiful Raffles and Fairmont Hotel.
What’s in the latest edition of the BRG?
For the past 14 years, Philippine Tatler has produced the BRG, which comprises a diverse cross-section of the must-try restaurants in the country. This latest 2018 edition reviews 173 of the county’s most outstanding establishments, thus covering and catering to a broad range of cuisines and budgets. For a quick and easy reference to the overall dining experience at the establishments listed in this guide, each restaurant has been rated in four key areas—setting, food, wine, and service.
Annually, we recognise the Philippines’ Top 20 restaurants, and this year, we added four (4) specialty “Best Of” awards: Best Pastry Chef, Best Cocktails, Best New Restaurant and Best New Chef.
