Sip, savour and indulge on pairings for the senses in “Wine Away With Me.” It is a wine and cheese event held every last Friday of the month from 8PM to 10:30PM at High Street Lounge.

Launched in April 2017, guests may enjoy free flow of boutique red and white wines from 9 different regions, premium charcuterie and artisanal cheeses for only Php 2,500 nett per person. Focusing on small boutique farms as partners, Shangri-La at the Fort’s aim is to introduce different brands and types of cheese and wine to the Filipino market.

In partnership with Sommelier Selection, the types of wines served are from different regions in France, Italy, Spain and Chile. These were carefully selected wines from traditional and artisanal winemakers that showcase quality, value and diversity. A live jazz performance will also serenade the crowd throughout the night.
