Xin Tian Di reopens to feed the hungry hearts (and mouths) of diners in the Metro

Chinese food remains a comfort to the many of us who have fond memories around a lazy Susan. Following strict health protocol, Xin Tian Di at Crowne Plaza reopens for dine-in to bring that sense of warmth back unto our palates. Executive Chef Peter Yeung embraces fresh, seasonal ingredients to create flavourful yet healthy dishes such as steamed salmon fillet beancurd with garlic, ginger, and wolfberry. His poached beef fillet with organic soya is accompanied by spinach tofu and organic brown rice.

More traditional options are available, staples others usually expect at every birthday party, family reunion, and or wedding. These include the two-way oven-roasted Peking duck, hot prawn salad in mango yoghurt dressing, steamed lobster dumpling topped with black truffle, and deep-fried crispy stuffed crab shell.

Of course, no Chinese meal is complete without dim sum. There's the popular siomai, xiao long bao, and steamed pork dumpling, but there's also delicious steamed chicken feet, assorted mushroom dumplings, and radish cake.
