The Filipino-Italian friendship remains strong as Italian Ambassador Giorgio Guglielmino and the Embassy of Italy celebrated his country’s national day at the Ateneo Art Gallery.

Guglielmino shared his fondness for the arts and spoke of dreams of an art collection highlighting work made by budding Filipino artists.

Festa della Repubblica is the commemoration of the day Italy became a republic. Risotto al castelmagno, polenta, and cotolette were the order of the day, and paired with Apero Spritzes and Prosecco.
