The International Bazaar Foundation (IBF) and the Spouses of Heads of Mission’s “World of Music” concert filled the New World Makati Hotel with songs of hope. IBF Chairperson Gretchen del Rosario and Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario spearheaded the event, while Consul General of Austria Washington SyCip and event chairperson Consul General of Monaco Fortune Ledesma took part in the harmony of international talents. Ambassadors from 16 different countries and their spouses also lent their voices to this musical production.
