No longer serving Spanish cuisine, Gallery by Chele highlights and experiments with local ingredients to develop esquisite Asian flavours. This master of his craft showcases his culinary and imagination as he has crafted a menu that is innovative, fresh, unexpected and absolutely delicious. You will be treated to a selection of unique drinks created by mixologist Kalel Demetrio. Not only has the food changed but so have the interiors. Styled with stunning brown tones, floor to ceiling wood panels, blinds and accoutrements, along with custom made Kenneth Cobonpue furniture and marble countertops, Gallery by Chele fosters the ideal ambience for a night out with family or friends.
