Rustan’s held an exclusive evening of fashion and Filipino heritage in celebration of its newest partnership with designer Patis Pamintuan-Tesoro. Alongside delightful Filipino delicacies, spectators witnessed an eye-catching fashion show that boasted Tesoro’s Holiday 2014/2015 collection for the luxury store. Swan-like models that strutted the runway were draped with Filipiniana dresses made from Mindanao’s handwoven balud, abaca, and piña, all of which were innovatively designed with loud prints and bold colours. The show of 50 psychedelic bohemian pieces gave the guests a glimpse of what to expect from Tesoro’s fashion haven in Rustan’s.
