The actor and Gen.T honouree plays Mandalorian Sabine Wren in the hit Disney+ Star Wars series
While some are only just discovering actor Natasha Liu Bordizzo for her role in the Disney+ Star Wars series Ahsoka as the hardened Mandalorian warrior Sabine Wren, she’s been on our radar for a long time.
We first highlighted Liu Bodizzo as a rising talent in 2018, when she was named a Leader of Tomorrow on the Gen.T List that year.
Today, the Sydney-born Liu Bordizzo is leading her fictional troops as Wren during the Empire’s reign of terror. Here are a few fun facts to know about the actor who plays the rebel.

A child of multiple cultures
Born in Sydney, Australia, Liu Bordizzo’s mother is of Chinese ethnicity and her father has Italian roots. Having grown up speaking English, she first learned Mandarin when she took the role of Snow Vase in the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon sequel, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny.
