On June 22, the country’s Gen.T community gathered to welcome the 40 young leaders on the Gen.T List 2023 at The Grande Whisky Museum
Throughout the entire month of June, Tatler Gen.T hosted its annual Leaders of Tomorrow events to celebrate the new honourees who made it onto the Tatler Gen.T List.
We organised cocktail events and dinners in five markets this year: Manila and Taipei in the first week of June, followed by Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong in the second week, and finally Singapore in the third week.

Aside from the newly inducted honourees, the guest lists of these events include past years’ honourees, Gen.T Tribe members—prominent industry experts who helped vet and select the honourees for the list—as well as Tatler friends and business partners.
Singapore’s celebration was held on June 22 at the Grande Whisky Museum, with the support of our partners Lenovo Singapore and Beam Suntory, who provided Haku Vodka, Roku Gin and The Chita Suntory Whisky for the cocktails.
Jo Tan, a 2020 Gen.T honouree, reprised her role as emcee. Opening addresses were made by Stephanie Tay, the managing director of Tatler Singapore, and Chong Seow Wei, Gen.T’s senior regional editor, followed by a presentation by Gen.T regional head Lee Williamson, who flew in from Hong Kong to share about the brand’s mission and values. Williamson also introduced to guests two upcoming initiatives from Gen.T: the Tatler Gen.T Summit taking place on November 9 and 10, and the launch of the brand’s first charitable NFT collection, Phoenixes of Tomorrow.
