This Pok Fu Lam digs was revamped by Hong Kong-based Hero Design Group, which took inspiration from the beautiful sea views and also created a show-stopping open kitchen
Perched on the pristine coastline of Hong Kong’s Pok Fu Lam, this apartment, which was revamped by the interior design studio Hero Design Group, echoes the tranquil beauty of its surroundings—panoramic ocean views that expand southward towards the horizon.
The clients, a young couple from Hong Kong, purchased the 2,311 sq ft apartment to accommodate their growing family of four and entertain their family and friends.
With that in mind, a crucial part of the brief was to maintain the original unit’s open layout and incorporate two kitchens—one for cooking, and one for entertaining—to provide adequate space to host up to 30 guests. Other than that, the clients requested a well-planned, tidy and functional home equipped with sufficient storage space.
