At the heart of Beijing’s exclusive Embassy District stands the newest addition to the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection. The Bulgari Hotel Beijing is conceived as the ultimate urban resort—an oasis of tranquility that balances art and nature.

The hotel is located within the new Genesis complex, with sculpted gardens that extend along the Liangma River and include the Genesis Art Foundation, designed by Tadao Ando. It is located next to the trendy Sanlitun district, a 10-minute drive from the 798 Art Zone, an avant-garde artistic community of galleries and museums.

Entirely designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the Bulgari Hotel Beijing’s conception process is comparable to the creation of a high-end Bulgari jewel: by pairing hand-selected, rare, raw materials according to colour, texture and feel and custom-designing them into objects of enduring beauty.

The hotel is composed of 119 rooms, exquisitely furnished with Italian luxury residential furniture brands like Maxalto and B&B Italia. Included in this count is the Bulgari Suite, which is considered one of the largest suites in Beijing at nearly 400 square metres. Each room and suite highlights modern Italian design with touches of Chinese tradition and coupled with cutting-edge technology.

Outside of the rooms, the property also boasts the 1,500 square-metre BVLGARI Spa. With its 11 treatment rooms, a fitness centre, and a 25-metre pool made of shimmering mosaic tiles that recall the patterns of the Terme di Caracalla, the BVLGARI Spa adds a further luxurious touch to the experience.

When it comes to fine dining, Bulgari Hotel Beijing is the first Bulgari property to present its new collaboration with Michelin-starred Italian chef Niko Romito. Romito has designed a new concept that combines his fundamental philosophy of simplicity, synthesis, and the quest of the quintessence of flavour. He brings to the Il Ristorante of the new Bulgari Hotel Beijing a menu that expresses the culture, elegance and vitality of ‘Made in Italy’ to the maximum. The cuisine is complemented by an extensive choice of Italian wines and a selection of the finest international labels, in an ambience that has been crafted to ensure a seamless dining experience, complemented by sweeping views over the hotel property and park.

Other features to look forward to are Il Bar, Oval Bar, Lobby Lounge, the spacious BVLGARI Ballroom on the second floor, and the gardens designed by Swiss-based landscape artist Enzo Enea.

As a representation of the melding of two ancient cultures, in Bulgari Hotel Beijing, China and Italy enjoy a closeness that reaches its aesthetic apex.
