Hong Kong brings back its much anticipated Wine & Dine Festival, happening this October 26-29. Prepare yourselves for a four-day non-stop gastronomic get together!

hong-kong-2545665_1920.jpgHong Kong known to many as the Culinary Capital of Asia, attracts tourists from around the world to indulge in a plethora of flavours and cultural experiences.  The Wine & Dine festival to celebrates taste amidst Hong Kong’s famously glamorous and joyful ambience. This culinary festival leads up to to the Hong Kong Great November Feast, which is a whole month of even more wine events, street carnivals, and gastronomic indulgence.

food-2689205_1920.jpgThe Hong Kong Tourism Board, together with China Construction Bank (Asia), has organized an extraordinary chef line-up – it is the best one in the Wine & Dine Festival’s history! It will feature three Michelin-starred Chicago Chef Curtis Duffy, recognized for his immaculately constructed dishes, Taiwan-born Chef André Chiang, who gained popularity for his “Octa-philosophy” of eight elements in his dishes, and Singaporean Chef Janice Wong, also known as the Dessert Queen. Foodies, brace yourselves as there will be over 400 wine and dine booths where all guests can fully appreciate all that the culinary world has to offer. 

Aside from 400 booths, you can also check out these awesome event spaces:

  • The Robert Parker Wine Advocate Pavilion: try out a quality tasting experience ranging between established classics, rising stars to off-the-beaten-track producers
  • The Bubbly Gala: this is a new wine zone that mixes Champagne, sparkling wines and fizzy cocktails
  • The Tasting Theatre: expand your culinary skills and meet various wine masters
  • Trendy Food Zone: discover the trendy local hotspots
