Alviera development opens leisure club and industrial park in Pampanga
In the past few years, Pampanga and Bulacan areas have been eyed as an area of growth for several industries. If there is any indication of a possible explosion of commerce would be the augmentation of the airport in Clark with the on going airport development in Bulacan, which has poised Bulacan and Pamapanga as fast growing economic hubs alternate to Metro Manila.
Alviera is one of those development that has paved the way for more development growth in the area. Alviera, a 1,800-hectare sustainable estate by Ayala Land and Leonio Land features a diverse mix of residential dwellings, commercial districts, industrial parks, institutions and leisure facilities to attract local and international markets and support local economic growth.
Recently, they have opened Alviera Country Club, a 5.6-hectare sports and leisure club at the heart of Alviera, is expected to further drive residential, business and tourism growth in Pampanga. Construction and infrastructure development continue as residential sales, industrial park build-up, and planning for institutional locators increase across the 1,800-hectare estate in Porac.
Alviera Country Club is envisioned as the province’s new hub for convergence, with a host of amenities like a network of swimming pools, gym with studio, multiple courts, spa, game console room, ballroom, function rooms and restaurants. The club was designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners, which worked on the concept of harmony of urban living and nature, an idea the estate espouses.
“With the landmark opening of the Alviera Country Club, Alviera is positioned to be the center of sports, leisure and recreational activities in the area,” said Melanie Eugenio, Alviera Project Development Manager.
Aside from the club, estate growth has been distinguished by the further expansion of the industrial park. From an initial 32 hectares, Alviera Industrial Park has grown to 64 hectares following strong demand for more industrial lots. Phase 1 now has move-ins from various locators such as Monde Nissin and Badan Building Materials, a company in stone engineering. Operations with about 350 combined employees are expected to commence soon.
Phase 2 of the industrial park, 32 hectares in area size, is on track for completion early next year. Alviera Industrial Park is dedicated to light to medium, non-polluting industries and is open to PEZA and non-PEZA locators.
Park Estates at Alviera is Ayala Land Premier’s first exclusive residential project in the estate. The 14-hectare property is a low-density enclave featuring only 68 lots in generous cuts of 1,00 to 1,600 sqm. The neighborhood is closest to the Alviera Country Club. Park Estates has already sold out.
