Filo Armys unite! Hybe Merch has finally brought the Map of The Soul showcase in Metro Manila and it's located at SM Megamall. Tatler pays an early visit before the official opening tomorrow on 29 May 2021.
Besides being amazing performers, global pop group BTS has also been known to be exemplary advertisers for any brand they partner with. The seven members are the faces of home-grown Korean companies like Hyundai and Samsung, fast-food megachain McDonald's, and fashion brands like Fila and the French luxury house Louis Vuitton. In the Philippines, you'll find their faces spewed across giant billboards on EDSA as they front local telecom Smart Communications for an inspiring campaign titled Passion with Purpose.

It's no secret that anything they touch turns to gold (and immediate sales). Once during a live broadcast, the youngest member Jungkook was seen drinking a bottle of kombucha, the sales of which reportedly increased 500% the following weeks; the singer himself could not get his hands on more the following day. Designer pieces from brands like Prada, Balenciaga, Gucci, and Chanel immediately sell out as soon as they're seen on any of the members, whether they're sporting it on the set of a new video or out on the streets of Seoul.
It's no surprise then that their very own merchandise showcases grab the attention of many. In Metro Manila, Hybe (the band's entertainment company) just opened a Pop-up entitled Map of The Soul, named after BTS' eponymous chart-topping album of 2020.
