Convenience is key when it comes to choosing the essentials for one’s bathroom, and is even more important when selecting an appropriate toilet. Duravit answers to the call of functional form with its line of SensoWash® shower-toilets, which are minimalistic in appearance yet are able to do more than most of its kind.

Duravit collaborates with Philippe Starck in creating a new addition to this innovative collection, which comes in two versions: SensoWash® Starck f Plus and SensoWash® Starck f Lite. Its technological capabilities are all housed in its ceramic body, which is capped off by a heated flat seat made more hygienic with its scratch-resistant and pore-free surface. Complementing the seat is a motion sensor that automates the cover’s opening. One can also intuitively control the toilet’s functions with a remote control or through the SensoWash® app that can be download on one’s smartphone.

The SensoWash® Starck f’s remote control is flat and slim, making it feel elegantly pleasant when in hand. This allows the user to set their desired seat temperature, shower flow, and hot air dryer. Flushing and odor extraction can also be managed when the toilet’s wall-mounted element is combine with the A2 electronic actuator plate. The SensoWash® Starck f is also equipped with an improved water flow thanks to the new Rimless® technology and kills bacteria in a short amount of time with the HygieneGlaze® 2.0.

Philippe Starck’s design for Duravit’s SensoWash® Starck f proves that function need not be sacrificed for a seamless design, and can in fact even house more of it. This new shower-toilet fits all of Duravit’s design ranges in its timeless modernity, making it an ideal choice for one’s bathroom.
