Contrary to what you may expect, this colourful rug is not named after the famous childhood character. It gains its namesake from its resemblance to colourful sugar-coated liquorice balls, a popular Danish candy. The rug is handmade in Nepal using traditional craft techniques, where the vibrant felt balls are individually rolled and strung on a cord. The colourful elements are then placed together and sewn into a circular rug that adds a playful touch to any interior.
