Find out how Paolo Bugayong, Angeline Tham, Cyndi Fernandez-Beltran, Paolo Villonco, and Mikhail Schemm deal with stressful situations.
We all face different kinds of stress, be it physical or emotional. Mental health is extremely important and has thankfully become more of a discussed topic as of late. With our schedules becoming increasingly hectic, it seems as if the calendar days are just zooming past us. During stressful, busy days (maybe even weeks) we often find ourselves forgetting to take a moment for ourselves, to take a deep breath or appreciate the little things or people around us.
We chat up 5 of our Generation T honourees to find out what stresses them out and how they deal with the challenges that they face:

What stresses you out?
Running a business and taking it from zero to something bigger is exciting and meaningful, but very stressful every day! Managing expectations, being responsible for a lot of people, and living in the midst of uncertainties keeps me alert and stressed... but then again, that’s life and I love my work!
How do you deal with stressful situations?
I often like to ask for advise from other entrepreneurs. It’s nice to pick other people’s brains to see the circumstance at hand from different perspectives. I then take a step back to assess the situation and decide how to tackle the task and try my best to do each step very well. That’s the quickest way out of a stressful situation! Make the right choices. A little prayer also is a big help!
How do you unwind?
I unwind with my family. Spending time with my beautiful wife and kids is just what I need after a stressful day. Pouring myself a scotch is another great way to end a big day!
