Have your phones and GoPros on standby as we walk through the sights of what is dubbed as the "Queen City of the Pacific"

Instagram selfies, groufies, and OOTDs work best when you have a beautiful backdrop. But why would you need a fancy photowall or studio when the city is already filled with perfect spots that can highlight the colours and style of your outfit or even just your #WokeUpLikeThis face?

Here is a quick tour around Metro Manila showing you  some of the many artsy and fancy spots for your #NoFilter social media portraits.

Makati's red light disctrict captures the city's bustling night life. Now there's an awesome #streetphotography post.

Every city and district in Metro Manila has its own artistic corner, but Bonifacio Global City still tops our list. The beautiful murals and graffitis on various buildings and walls make up for a nice #PhotoOfTheDay.

If looking for a perfect place where you can have a #LoveWins shot, University of Santo Tomas' Rizal Lane (affectionately called as "Lover's Lane") is one of Metro Manila's romantic spots. The Christmas lights during the Yuletide season is a must-see spectacle every year.

If you're an aficionado of neo-classical architecture, history, and anything vintage, you might want to stroll around Escolta and pose against its beautiful old  buildings perfect for a #FlashbackFriday post.

Looking for some good vintage objects to beautify your room? Or just wanting to have a good time with your friends and colleagues in a bar or a boardgame café? Cubao Expo does not only serve as an artistic location for your IG but also unleashes your creativity. Make sure to be attuned with your personal style for some #hipster shots.

The National Museum of the Philippines is home to vast collections of prized national treasures. Just like Guillermo Tolentino's Venus that is pictured here. The museum's halls, walls, corridors, and artworks in every corner serve as beautiful backdrop for an #artsy post. Just remember not to imitate the masterpieces' subjects as doing so is disrespectful to the artists and to the art world.

There are many monuments and statues around Metro Manila but none as tall and spectacular than the LED-lighted Quezon City Memorial Shrine. Built in commemoration of the late president Manuel Quezon, this 66-metre high tower is also home to the museum featuring the life and times of Quezon. Now prepare your heroic look/pose for a #FilipinoPride shot.

#trafficjam? EDSA is considered as the most treacherous road in Metro Manila to be before, during, and after rush hours. However, this 23.8-kilometre avenue is a good place to practice different photography styles. You may also consider standing on the overpass and posing against a backdrop of thousands of bokeh lights coming from the vehicles.

Binondo is not just for awesome snapshots of Filipino-Chinese culture but for food and spirituality as well. It's #lucky if you visit the famed Chinatown when it's less packed.

Intramuros is one big picturesque city but the best spot for a nice portrait is tucked inside the San Agustin Church so make sure to mention being #blessed. Pictured here is the mesmerising La Escalera de Amor of the San Agustin museum. Other spots include the cobblestone block of General Luna Street beside the San Agustin Church and the courtyard of Casa Manila alongside it.

If your trip to Venice's famous canals isn't happening soon, have a pre-Italian experience at the Venice Grand Canal Mall in Bonifacio Global City. Definitely #lovely.

Nothing beats Mireio's view of the Makati and Bonifacio Global City skyline. Now isn't that #glam?
