While the pastel hues of previous seasons brought a fresh, breezy feel to interiors, the nascent trend for darker, richer shades is set to bring a cozier and more luxurious feel to homes. The Alfred Collection

For the first time, Belgian design label Valery Objects has joined forces with the The Alfred Collection -- formed by design duo Marie Mees and Cathérine Biasino. The fruit of this new collaboration is the label's first collection of carpets, with a minimalist aesthetic, made from Dutch and Portuguese wools.
