Ji Chang-wook joins Choi Sung-eun and Hwang In-youp in "The Sound Of Magic", a Netflix Original Series based on the popular webtoon "Annarasumanara"

Director Kim Sung-youn, who's demonstrated his prowess in hits such as Itaewon Class and Love in the Moonlight returns for another stint with the newly announced Netflix original, The Sound of Magic. The story, which touches on the life of Yoon Ah-yi and Rieul, a mysterious magician, is based on the popular webtoon Annarasumanara. Though not much details have been announced, we do know that we'll be seeing some of our favourite Korean actors return onscreen.

One of the leads, will be played by Ji Chang-wook. You may already be familiar with him from previous dramas such as Healer, K2, Melting Me Softly, and more recently, Backstreet Rookie. In his new role, Ji Chang-wook will bring the mysterious magician, Rieul (who lives in an abandoned amusement park), to life.

The leading lady, Yoon Ah-yi, will be played by Choi Sung-eun, who you may have encountered in the 2019 film, Start-Up

Lastly, rising star, Hwang In-youp, has been cast alongside Choi Sung-eun and Ji Chang-wook as Na Il-deung, Yoon Ah-yi's brilliant but misunderstood classmate. Watch Rieul pull the two students into a vividly magical world in The Sound of Magic, set to be released in over 190 countries, only on Netflix.
