During the Lark Your Way To Success webinar series hosted by RJ Ledesma, Co-founder of Mercato Centrale, they showed how the Lark app could help any form of business to adapt to the ever-changing field and technology. Since every business has now become quite competitive, thriving in one online platform, it's important to be able to adapt quickly.
"[Businesses] need good technology," Vice President of Commercial Joey Lim says. Working in a new normal, businesses must also recalibrate their mindset. She said that businesses must build a stronger relationship with their colleagues and staff, rather than focusing on their market. She also insisted on exercising patience considering the longer transition occurring in the workplace.
