Homegrown store Dezeenio launches its flagship branch, which showcases an array of home pieces for urban dwellers
With an increasing demand for space-saving and multi-functional home furnishings in the Philippines, it is but high time for Dezeenio to open its doors in bustling Makati. A brainchild of Dexter Go and partner, Linnea (who also founded Dexterton, which has brought some of the world’s finest home brands to the country), Dezeenio brings a plethora of home products that suit different tastes and preferences. From Scandinavian, contemporary, modern, or minimalist, its showroom at the third level of the posh Greenbelt 5 surely has something for everyone.
In keeping with its slogan, “Your Space, Your Style,” Dezeenio invited three design firms—Buensalido Architects, Hurray Interior Design Group, and Morfosis— to create vignettes using Dezeenio products. The vignettes were unveiled at the launch, presenting three unique spaces such as the moon-inspired living room by Morfosis; Hurray Interior Design Group’s chic room in geometric shapes and happy colours; and Buensalido Architects’ dining nook that uses a neutral, sleek palette. The vignettes are available for viewing at the showroom until June 2019.
Multi-functional furniture such as sofa beds and seating systems with hidden storage are displayed in a variety of colours, finishes, and textures. Likewise, accent and stackable chairs are also on offer, as well as shelves, hanging terrariums, glassware, stylish lighting fixtures, and speakers to add a dash of panache to your living space.
