Now on its 16th year, industry key player Alveo Land carry on with its mission to provide innovative real estate solutions by introducing more residential, commercial, and office projects suited for the upscale niche. Sales take-ups of residential and office projects was on the rise during the previous year. In 2017, Alveo reached a groundbreaking record when its premium subdivision The Residences at Evo City in Cavite sold out within a day. This achievement was dubbed as the fastest and highest selling lot subdivision in company’s entire existence.

Other projects completed in 2017 are One Maridien at High Street South and High Street South Corporate Plaza (Tower 1) in BGC, Lumira in Nuvali, Westborough Town Center in Laguna, Kasa Luntian in Tagaytay, Solinea Tower 1 in Cebu, and Abreeza Tower 1 in Davao.
