After its launch in December 2015, Revolution Precrafted has risen as an agent of transformation in the world of real estate and construction.

The company is the first of its kind to supply transportable luxury modular homes to a global clientele. Banking on the expertise of numerous visionaries from the fields of art and architecture, each structure is created in collaboration with the world’s top designers.

Behind the Philippines’ first unicorn company, currently valued at over US$ 1 billion, is a man with the boldness and foresight to introduce a fresh concept that quickly became a game changer.

DEFYING SPACE AND TIME

“I have seen all the pain points, having been involved in the industry for years,” begins Founder and CEO Robbie Antonio, who was recently hailed as the Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year 2018. With decades of experience in property development at the helm, “We address problems in home building by providing cost-efficient and cutting-edge technology,” he explains.

Building a home usually takes years, consequently racking up expenses. However, with an ingenious prefabricated system, each property is built within a remarkable 60 to 90-day period. Advanced robotic technology oversees customisability and quality control.

The same prefabricated technology allows for mobility, thus appealing to builders and developers of every persuasion, regardless of location. Owing its success to this unique approach, Revolution Precrafted has seamlessly transcended geographical barriers in construction.

A DESIGN DEMOCRACY

Hailed by the Singapore Strait Times as one of 50 Asians Who Change the Way We Live, Antonio has successfully parlayed his passion for the arts to his brainchild of a business. By making the works of renowned artists financially obtainable, Revolution Precrafted aims to render great design accessible to a wider audience.

The way we see and experience prefabricated structures takes a turn from the monotonously industrial and basic, to the brand’s aesthetically challenging direction. The collections cater to a broad array of needs and are not only limited to transportable residences, but also include interactive pop-ups, transportable pavilions, and modular hotels, suited to adapt with every existing space and environment.

Two years since its inception, elegant pre-crafted structures now stand in the sprawling expanse of Batulao Artscapes in Batangas and the lakeside community of Revolution Flavourscapes in Pampanga. This design democracy has since expanded to over 20 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Myanmar, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Spain, Cyprus, Japan, and Brazil to name a few.

REVOLUTIONISING A FEW

“Establishing a company is tough, but driving Revolution Precrafted, challenging the industry, and seeing all our accomplishments, makes it all worth it,” Antonio says as he was recognized by BuiltWorlds as one of the “25 Pioneers Who Help Transform the Built Industry” along with Tesla Founder Elon Musk and WeWork Co-Founder and CEO Adam Neumann.

The company continues to bag billion dollar deals in various continents for the construction of residential units, hotel villas, and other projects with international developers and visionaries. At this rate, Revolution Precrafted is already on its way to becoming one of the few decacorns in Southeast Asia, valued at over $10 billion.

Setting sights in 85 countries by 2020, the firm is more eager than ever to build designer homes and structures for families and developers.

“The overwhelming volume of orders reflects the trust and confidence our partners dedicate to our business proposition,” Antonio says. “We are honoured, inspired, and further challenged to achieve our goal-to be the IKEA of homebuilding, available and attainable by everyone, everywhere.”
