Measuring roughly 70,000 square meters, Waves Beach Club and Residences is being developed as a premium Malibu-inspired resort complete with a lifestyle, commercial, and residential hub located beachside at the surfing capital of Northern Luzon. The project is slated to open by the first quarter of 2019.

dusitD2 Waves Resort will sit at the front of the project and feature hotel with a  spacious parking. Facilities will include gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurants and bars, and a 1000-capacity function room. Guests will have direct access the property’s private beach in Urbiztondo, the famed surfing spot. 

dusitD2 Waves Resort will also offer Residences with condominium towers and approximately 50 villas. The villas area will have its own clubhouse that includes a swimming pool, playground, and joggers lane.  To remain consistent with the theme of the residential resort complex, the types of villas are named after various types of waves:  Waimea, Maverick, Malia, Sycamore, and Castelrock.

In keeping up with the dusitD2 brand, each property will combine cutting-edge design, high-tech connectivity and efficient, modern conveniences to meet the needs of today’s hyper-connected travellers.
